The best things we can do for ourselves are to limit social media, try to eat well and take regular exercise. Routine is very important now that we have limited freedom of movement and our normal day-to-day routines are in turmoil. Trying to establish a routine, though difficult, can give a sense of purpose to our day and alleviate boredom and worry.
